It's Walleye season, and everyone is looking for new ways to cook up this delicious fish. We found a unique recipe which stays on the healthier side by avoiding the deep fryer, but still delivers that satisfying crispiness we all crave. Add favorite seasonings and some parsley flakes to make it your very own.
4 Walleye Fillets
1/3 c Grated Parmesan
1/3 c Instant Potato Flakes
1/3 c Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 tbsp water
Your Favorite Seasonings
Preheat oven 450 degrees, and grease your baking sheet.
Put eggs and water in a small bowl, and beat until smooth. Set these aside.
In another bowl, combine Parmesan, potato flakes, bread crumbs and seasoned salt.
Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then press into crumb mixture until coated evenly. Place on baking sheet.
When your oven is preheated, bake in the center 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flaky.
